This method was developed by Joseph Pilates (1880-1967) by blending Eastern and Western mind and body conditioning
philosophies.  Performed on a mat or on specifically designed equipment, muscles are lengthened and toned through a series of
detailed exercises focusing on alignment, breath, balance, and fluidity of movement.  The results are a strong, flexible body and a
sound mind.

PILATES MAT
A specific set of exercises performed on a mat with emphasis on developing balanced strength for abdominals and a healthy back.
The results are strong, toned muscles, improved posture, flexibility and balance, along with a more streamlined shape.
YOGA FOR BEGINNERS
Designed for new yoga students to advanced beginners. Focuses on fundamentals, breath, basic postures, and developing
endurance, strength, flexibility. This is a perfect transition class for students who wish to grow and evolve their practice.
LEVEL 2
Suitable for those with an ongoing yoga practice. Students experience a challenging flow with more advanced postures, allowing for
increased strength, flexibility, pranayama, and meditation techniques.
YOGA FOR SURFING
A challenging, heat generating class designed to increase strength, flexibility, agility while opening shoulders, neck, and low back.
Enhances focus and deepens breath….your surf sessions will definitely feel a positive difference! All surfers/students welcome!!
YOGA CORE
A unique and invigorating blend of Pilates core strength exercises, yoga flow and standing postures, followed by deep stretches and
relaxing restorative postures. Open to all students.
