A Pilates Method Alliance Gold Certified Instructor, Alisa was trained by Joseph Pilates’ protege, Romana Kryzanowska in NYC, where she lived and taught for almost a decade before moving home to California. She currently studies with one of the last remaining teachers who worked for Mr. Pilates: Jay Grimes.

A featured expert for Pilates Style Magazine, she’s also the creator of the DVDs, Pilates for Men and Advanced Pilates Workout and is a sought after presenter, teaching at retreats and conferences internationally.

A Pilates purist, Alisa teaches the method the way it was taught by Joseph Pilates himself. Clients can expect to work hard and transform their bodies quickly.
